There were two rounds , one by Functional Manager and another by HR.
They checked about my previous role and responsibilities. They checked about my attitude.
After the functional manager round there was HR round. After that it took 2 months to get my offer letter.

It was an exciting and enjoyable experience overall. The Hiring Manager's passion and in-depth knowledge of the role, the business, its history, value, strategy, and prospects shone through very brightly.
Met with one of the Directors. He explained that it was a new role and there will be one BDM - MVS for each region. Other regions already has filled the role, West is last to be filled. I'll now meet with the hiring manager next.
