Was asked about the experiences in software development, safety related business, what role in the previous jobs, the preferred work environment, the preferred salary range, about the reasons for seeking the job.

Interview was divided in 3 stages - 1 HR round and 2 technical rounds and the final HR salary negotiations. I was reached out by the Talent Acquisition team of SE, after discussing my CV they put me in for the 1st round of Technical Interview. Both the rounds of the Technical Interview was conducted by my immediate mentor and my manager of Digital Engineering and Tech Debt department of SE. The interview questions were moderate to slightly difficult. The interviewers were very professional and knowledgeable and the process took about 3 weeks with 1 week of waiting for the result. After which a prompt salary negotiation happened and I accepted the offer soon enough.
