Pretty Straightforward. HR Recruiter plus three Phone Interviews plus Face-Face Interview. The Interviewers were very friendly and knowledgeable. They shared lots of details about the job, team and the company. Overall, I loved the company, benefits and the people. Unfortunately, I was not a good fit.

I have very good luck to have an experienced and seasoned manager behind my hiring process, which is extremely rare within Schneider, most of the middle managers are unexperienced in managing people
