J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris plus de 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Schneider Electric (Chicago, IL) en déc. 2012
Entretien
I applied online; about 2 months later, someone from a corporate office called me and did a phone screen. We set up an interview with the local mgr. When I got there, she was "not available" and they had me interview with someone who had literally started that morning as a new employee. I also talked to 2 other people who'd worked there 20 years. I was there for about 4 hours. I never heard anything back. I walked out of there knowing I didn't want to work there, but no one ever followed up with me. After about a month, I contacted my initial contact person just to say, hey, no one ever got back to me. She was very apologetic but the whole thing was pretty disorganized.

Question 1
Tell me three words you would use to describe yourself. What sports do you like?
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris plus de 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Schneider Electric (Palatine, IL) en mai 2015
Entretien
After a 1/2 hour screening interview with a recruiter, I had four 1-hour phone interviews with 2 international managers, and 2 local potential colleagues. I was never told why the 2 local interviews did not take place at the local office. This process took a little over 2 months. While I have not been told I didn't get the job, mysteriously the job has been re-posted. I can only assume that means I didn't get the job. If for some reason they are still considering me as a candidate, I am no longer interested. How you are treated as a candidate is VERY indicative of how you would be treated as an employee.

Question 1
Questions were very behavior-oriented - "how would you handle x".
