I was given an assignment to gauge my ability. I submitted it, got shortlisted then there was face to face round and they said that they will get back to me in a week. Unfortunately, their week hasn't arrived yet and the HR kept me on hold for a month citing various reasons. At the time of interview utmost professionalism is shown and the same is expected from the candidate. Its a humble request to you all that kindly inform the candidates if you aren't interested in hiring them. Don't give them false hopes as the candidates invest their money and time for interviews. Show some professionalism!
