first there was a preliminary pre-recorded interview and then a phone interview. both were confusing and information on how to complete them was lackluster at best. I was quite disappointed with the response time for emails and the timings they decided to make announcments. (always at night on Friday). they even missmanaged emails and appointment and afte ri Had completed the two interviews they assigned me new timeslots to do it again, without realizing I had already completed such process.
