Easy going phone interview followed by an in person interview with HR then a computer test and lastly an interview with a supervisor. Drug testing, fingerprinting, and a background check are required. Most of the questions in the interview relate to your resume and practical questions about what you would do in a given circumstance.

Three steps to the interview, the first was an interview with hr, the second was a personality assessment and if you passed it then you would go on to an interview with a hiring manager.

Once they verify that your schedule is clear to their needs they will try to convince you to work overnight, don't let it happen, they don't pay any extra money for long boring nights. They will ask why you chose this position and what makes you a great candidate, very typical process. You will be asked to complete an assessment on a computer that rates your mental stability and values.
