This was related to the Plano, TX facility. Received an email initially from one internal recruiter; she asked me to provide a date and time that I was able to get on a call for a phone screen. After providing her the requested information she proceeded to ghost me and never respond again. A few weeks pass by and get another internal recruiter email me about interviewing for the same position. I schedule the call and proceed with the interview. Initial interview goes great; recruiter is excited to pass on my application to the hiring manager. Was told to expect an answer sometime in the next 2 days. Don't hear back for a week email said recruiter to only get a I am sorry we are still waiting for the hiring manager to respond. Fast forward another 4 weeks to get no response because she's probably embarrassed at the way their process is running. Overall seems like the place has no clue what they are looking for nor the respect to contact people who have taken the time out of their day to prep for interviews. Also for a hiring manager to take more than a week to know whether or not they want to interview a person is ridiculous as it takes less than 10 minutes to know whether or not you want to talk to the person.
