I got contacted by HR first and then did two rounds of interviews. First round was with two senior managers for 30 minutes, and the second round with a senior director. Pretty straightforward interview on mostly conceptual questions. much less challenging than my 5 hour interview with Qualcomm. I had an oral offer from Qualcomm. Not sure that has some effects on easy interviews, but overall interviewers were very nice.
