The talent acquisition team is horrendous. If you are working with Alicia Love/Jackson, I'd recommend trying to get someone different from the talent acquisition department. If you're trying to get any feedback from her good luck. I always had to be the first one to constantly reach out just to get any updates after my interview. After three weeks of "oh a decision will be made by the end of this week", she finally goes "yea they decided not to move forward with anyone, but if there are any updates I will let you know". This was very confusing to me as Alicia had told me on two separate occasions that a decision will be made by the end of the week. Then literally two days after, she states the team will not be moving forward with anyone.

Entretien
Contract role, 2 rounds - Initial screening, interviews with 2 managers, Typical questions about your previous experience and why I want to join this team, then they give you time to ask them certain questions, I just asked 2 questions and he is like you are too technical and rejected me.
Initial round of interview was more technical than I thought as they asked me bunch of technical questions regarding the role. There were 3 people interviewing me so be prepared for that. It was difficult but smooth overall.
