The interview went well and I was well prepared but the overall communication around the interview was cumbersome. I was asked to send my availability for the next 7 days but got a confirmation only after 7 days. I was told I'd get the result of my interview after 5 days but had to wait more than 1 week to get a negative answer, Despite my emails to check in, I haven't been posted on progress which made me feel nervous. I was told other candidats were better aligned but the position is still opened and have been reposted on LinkedIn...
