Had a phone screen with the recruiter, then zoom interview with hiring manager. Both were personable and very engaged. Was assigned a take-home project with 48 hours to complete. The project was based on Samsara inventory and forecast data with discussion questions. I spent a significant amount of time on this, and received an automated rejection email the next day with no feedback. I understand not giving feedback in an interview for liability reasons, but I find it disrespectful and unprofessional to assign somebody homework and not provide any feedback on what they didn't like about their answers.
