I had a quick phone interview with the recruiter. I then had a phone interview with the hiring Manager-it lasted only 30 minutes -it was fast. I was then given a take-home quiz to complete. Seriously? A take-home quiz? I didn't think companies were still doing that. It really could have been better covered in an adult conversation.
