I applied via LinkedIn and was contacted by the recruiter within a few days. They inquired if I would be interested in a lower role. I decided to interview anyways. Scheduling was a nightmare. Still rolled with it and had a phone interview with the recruiter after a few scheduling conflicts. Explained my background and it was decided that I would continue on interviewing for the original role. Again scheduling was a nightmare. First the time changed, then the person, then the date. Then received an email from the recruiter the day of advising my time changed and the interview would be within an hour. Again pretty flexible but never heard back. Recruiter was rude when I followed up 30 minutes after and said it was for another day not what she sent. OK. Next day and time came and went. Nothing. Then 30 minutes later the recruiter ask about my background. Once I responded she canceled my interview and said I wasn’t a fit anymore. Talk about a waste of time.
