Interview process was standard. Screening call with recruiter, homework assignment where you have to code up a project. After going through the whole interview process, taking time off work in order to attend the onsite interview, i never heard back from the company. I felt very confident that I did well in all interviews and was told to hold tight with their decision. I informed them I was interested even though I had a pending job offer elsewhere and they said they'd get back to me as soon as they made their decision. It has been over two months since then. I have not heard back, and I'm already working at a different company. Rather than never reach out to a candidate, Samsara should invest a little bit of time in reaching out to the people who have invested time to go through the interview process and give them their decision. I have a negative opinion of Samsara following this process as I have never dealt with a company that did this. Highly disappointed.
