Got reply email 1 week after application submitted, scheduled for 1st interview (about spiritual life and faith) within 3 days, then scheduled for one way video interview (about leadership and personality) within 3 days, then scheduled for final interview with the hiring manager/program director within 3 days (interview last 2 hours, digging more from 2nd interview questions, and they explained more about the project). Total time for the recruitment process about 2 weeks since application submitted. It seems this process is faster than usual since the former employee for the position was retiring soon. The recruitment team was professional but also very kind.

It is quite extensive. The first stage is through Spark hire. Then that is followed by a written test and sometimes a Ministry fit interview. The Spark hire interview takes around30-45 mins and ranges from Ministry fit to Technical knowledge. It takes 2 weeks to get feedback.
