The interview process was made up of several rounds, with each round focusing on either technical skills or culture fit. The interview process was very straightforward. Because of the small team environment, I had the opportunity to meet with all members of the team. Throughout the interview process, the team members were very accessible and open to communication. There is no HR department which manages the interviews, so I usually heard back within hours on what the next steps were. The company culture seems to be very caring of their employees. In particular, the team members, while wanting the company to succeed, also care about the individual candidate's career goals. They are open and honest and willing to take time to discuss with the candidate on both the pros and cons of the company, while also focusing on whether the company would match the candidate's career goals. Overall, the interview process was a great experience and the team is made up of great people, in terms of their expertise and their personality. The team seeks individuals who have technical expertise on the projects they are working on, but is also willing to mentor and help new candidates learn and advance their technical and professional skills. From the interview process, it appears that working here would not only be a good option for those who seek a small-team environment and a close-knit team, but also for those who seek to better themselves, whether it's in technical expertise or in advancing their professional career.
