It was very straightforward. You check in at the front desk. You fill out a paper application. One of the Captains takes you on a tour of the all 3 floors and all of the rooms, stations, etc. You meet with 2 managers. Either the Manager, Assistant Manager, Service Manager, or Bar Manager. If you are going for the front of house work anyway. Kitchen I believe would be a little different. I sat with the assistant manager and service manager. Very kind, funny, and easy to talk to. After the interview process they tell you that you will hear from them soon on a decision. They do have to sit with the management team and deliberate to come up with a decision.
