Series of questions pertaining on experience dealing with juveniles that have been incarcerated. Panel interview from the director to the assistant director of detention and even the director of social services. Interview lasted between 10-15 minutes depending on how in depth you answer the questions. After interview process they will call you as to whether or not you go the position. Over all experience of the interview was good.
