Sound knowledge of the technologies taught during academics. Knowledge of any other technologies over and above the college curriculum will be added advantage. Good in technologies such as Java / .Net / PHP with a sound knowledge of OOPS concepts. Strong knowledge of PL/SQL and analytical thinking is mandatory to have. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory.

First they conducted Aptitude test of technical and logical questions then they filtered out students. Round @ was of Group Discussion. After that there was Face to Face interview in which the asked about technical questions and the last one was HR Round
