Had 1st interview with recruiter (a short 30 minute phone call) and a second interview via Zoom with 2 members of the Hummingbird Project (90 minutes long). The interview was quite extensive, with questions about how I would handle hypothetical situations. They explained that their process goes on from there to include a shadow session (in person & virtual), followed by a writing exercise, followed by reference verification, and then a final interview with the director of the program.
