The interview process was rather simple. They called me in, and had the initial interview, with the the standard line of questioning for a Graphic Designer. The 2 people I dealt with throughout the process were absolutely welcoming and calm. They made me feel very comfortable. Second round of interviews, was a 2 hour test where I was given a brief and tasked with executing whatever I could in the 2 hours. I did not not end up getting the job, however, I felt no bad blood at all.
