I've been contacted about an open position (senior software developer / team lead). The interview went smoothly, the people there very nice and we were able to have an open conversation. I got the job offer and I probably would've accepted if not for some personal circumstances.

Question 1
It was mostly about getting to know each other and assessing my experience with various web dev technologies and programming languages. Since this was a lead position, there were also a few questions around team management and mentorship.
