Applied in the company through LinkedIn. Immediately was shortlisted and was contacted through email. An Introductory Interview was taken through Zoho Meet. HR was very friendly. The location of the job was in Trichy. Since this company is a startup HR was not ready to pay financial support for 6 months in the beginning but was giving company shares. After discussing about role & location interview ended. We were in contact with email multiple times but finally decided not to take to the job offer and forward my application further due to Covid situation that too without any financial support in Trichy. what I most liked about HR is he didn't waste my time, told the truth about the job & terms very Clearly. He even contacted me later telling that he has saved my resume for consideration in future.
