Started out with an over the phone interview, followed by a face-to-face formal interview with the Surgical Team Leader. The next step was to shadow and meet with the surgical team.

Skype interview as well as on the phone due to technical difficulties. Kristin went into detail more about the position and expectations of the position I had applied for. She also answered any and all questions that I had about the position. I have never done an interview the way we did it but she was very patient and made it very easy for me.
