Interview was held 1:1. The HR asked a millions of questions, few not even work related. She promised me innovations and cowoking on projects. Later I realized that promotion was never an option because there is no possibility for that because of the work process. I realized that projects are not projects but just administrating a lot of simple operations, that take too much time to work efficiently on a real project.
