I was referred by a friend who works at the company. I went through 2 interviews and an assessment. The initial interview was easy. More of a getting to know you questions. I was thankful the HR person because I had to reschedule the interview due to power outage issue. The same person did my final interview with a mock call. I appreciate who honest HR person to walk me through what I should expect in the role and company so before I even accepted the job offer I already what is expected from me.
