Interview Process: You will be required to travel to your interview, which can be in a different state from where you reside (it was for me). You go into the interview expecting to be seen by two interviewers, because that is what you're told. However, you are intervied by a round table of about seven different people and they all take turns giving and getting information. Once the group has finished with you, you are seen by the segment manager of the position in which you are interviewing for. They ask a lot of technical and professional questions. This process takes roughly 1-1 1/2 hours. Once finished, you are free to go. Hiring Process: takes some time, first you will receive an offer letter via email, then you sign said letter and fill out all required documentation, then are scheduled a rigorous physical and drug test. After about three weeks, you are scheduled for an orientation in Houston, TX. The whole process from applying, receiving interview date, paperwork/physical/drug test, orientation took around two months
