Very delayed at first (waited for several weeks), and then very rushed. They had a phone interview, in person interview and offer letter within a week. They didn't ask much technical knowledge, it mainly had to do with experience. However, during the walkthrough of the facility, they did not introduce me to any staff members or future members of the team. The opportunities for growth and tasking across disciplines would be very far in the future, as well as potential long hours. It seemed like a very cool mission though, this company has a lot of potential once they are past the growing pains!
