The recruiter seemed nice and mentioned the next steps with the hiring manager. Was impressed with my background, and couldn't answer some of the more specific questions so he said those would be great for the next round. After the first round, I didn't hear anything back for 3 months until an automated email. I did follow up after the call but didn't hear anything. A simple "we found a better match" would have been plenty. But ghosting a candidate is very unprofessional.

Entretien
The interview process was seamless and one of the best I have had with a company in a long time. The recruiter who initiated the process was lovely, asked all the right questions and within 2 weeks I had met with everyone necessary for first rounds. I spoke to the hiring manager for a second time and then they arranged for me to fly out to LA since I was not local. It went extremely well and within 2 weeks I received the job offer. Every person I interviewed asked different questions instead of asking the same questions from person to person which can be exhausting.
