Interviewed over Teams during Covid with Shift Manufacturing Manager (now a Process Engineering Manager) for a shift role in Small Scale Production Operations. The experience was excellent. Interviewing manager was engaged, curious and we discussed the role and my background at length. Interview was approx. 1hr

The initial contact was made through CPL, as SK has the recruiting outsourced, there was 1 Interview round with the shift manager onsite at the time of the interview. The Interview was around 30 - 40 mins, going through the job requirements, CV and some questions.
