A short 10-15 min interview and then a half hour to write a test blog. It seems the blog is probably the most important as they didn't seem to care about my portfolio or past employment. They were obviously very busy. I had trouble with the keyboard which was set to French. I found it quite disorganised and left feeling like they didn't want a person who did quality work, but rather a content monkey that just churned out material as fast as possible.
