Just logical test and behaviour i got rejection after few weeks nothing more. Waited more than 1 month for the process .

It was an about 40 minutes long, I was intervied by my two direct bosses. The conversation was quite casual and since it was an internship in innovation no tecnicals were asked but rather it was important that i navigate in concepts. We also went over my responsibilities if i was to be hired.

- First step was an online test, pretty typical assessment tests
- Phone arrangement to set the interview time
- Interview with 2 employees: introduction, motivational, situational, and basic technical questions (accounting + market awareness)
