It was a pleasure to participate in the selection process, one of the best I've had so far, and I haven't had a better one since. Fair, correct, transparent. First, there is the HR part where you are introduced to the company, and then according to the agreement, a project is done, in my case it was the backend, and then you defend that project in front of 10 people. The atmosphere from the beginning to the end was excellent. Also, at the technical interview, the other rounds are passed because they don't want to waste time, and the people who are the examiners try to be as transparent as possible and to create the most relaxed possible atmosphere.
