From the moment I applied and accepted the offer, the process took less than two weeks.
I applied online and received an email the next day that they are interested in an interview via Skype. They were very professional and handled the Skype interview greatly. This was mainly for them to get to know my personality and see if my character would meet their company's values.
After the Skype interview I got a call about an in-person interview with the larger team (my future peers and direct manager). It took me about an hour an half to interview with all four interviewees.
I liked the quick turnaround and I knew from the initial Skype interview, that I was going to work for this company.

I was asked about project management lifecycles and how I'll manage a project from start.
A good interview where I was able to learn more about the company and they were able to learn more about me. Everything was structured and organized with detailed information leading to the interview.

- 30-min interview with hiring manager
Mostly behavioral and situational questions. The hiring manager did not seem very engaged during the interview process and I received a rejection from the recruiter right after the interview mentioning that they were looking for someone more senior.

Entretien
Was referred by a former coworker. Had a phone screen with a recruiter, who set me up with a video interview with the head of project management. I thought the interview went well. They even said to me at the end of the interview that they were recommending I move on to next steps with the company. A week later I got a short email that said they were not considering me. Overall what a letdown.
