SADA has a proactive recruitment team who are upfront and clear about the recruitment process. I was invited for a interview with three of the senior management team. I was required to give a 25 min presentation, followed by a range of questions. The process was informal and I was made to feel welcome and comfortable throughout. I was informed of their decision quickly, so was not left wondering the outcome of the interview for an extended period.
