The interview process consisted of three stages, each involving a different member of management, and one simulation exercise. All of these stages were conducted online, allowing me to showcase my skills and experience in a virtual setting. After successfully completing these stages, I advanced to a final, in-person interview with the CEO. This comprehensive process provided a thorough understanding of the company's expectations and allowed me to engage with various leaders within the organisation.
