I as approached for a Director role, through a recruitment company. After the first interview they called me the second day to schedule a second one, a couple of hours later they told me the interview is postponed and they will get back to me to reschedule within a couple of days. I followed up I received the same answer. Two weeks later of me following up and them replying give us two days to get back to you, I saw the position posted again on LinkedIn.. when I informed the recruiter that I saw it. A day later he came back to me that they decided to proceed with other candidates. I thanked him and then reached out again to him and the lady who did my first interview for feedback and was ghosted by both of them. The company is RF Atteline the UAE branch of the bigger company and the recruitment company is Kingston Stanley.
