I applied in late March of 2023 and finished the process in late June 2023. It was extremely long process with a lot of down time in between interviews despite "being in a rush to fill the role". The process started with a recruiter screening call, call with the VP of Field Marketing, call with the hiring manager, and then a call with a sales manager. I spoke to the recruiter several times via phone during the process. Overall, the process was much longer than expected or predicted and then I got little to no feedback on why I wasn't selected for the role. I am not sure if they were just stringing me a long until their top candidate accepted the offer and started, but it definitely was upsetting in the end to go through so many steps and get very little feedback. Overall, I spent a total of 3 hours interviewing and it took three months to make a decision.

The interview process felt longer than expected and could have benefited from more proactive communication and coordination. There were multiple instances where interviews were rescheduled, including several team members cancelling the day of, which created some uncertainty around timing and next steps. More consistent communication and tighter scheduling coordination would have made the candidate experience stronger.
