Phone interview with HR, then hiring manager, followed by a longer in person with a few members of the team. Overall great process with communication from HR along the way.

My dealing with Rubicon HR has been one of the worst I experienced throughout my professional career. The whole recruitment process was slow and inefficient (took around two months). Although I made it to the very last step, namely the case study, they didn't even bother to provide me with feedback, ignoring the follow up email I sent after the due time.
On top of that, in each and every step of the recruitment process, they made a bunch of mistakes that were frustrating, unprofessional and time wasting; starting from providing interview time slots in the wrong time zone, through not showing up for the scheduled interview, and last but not least, sending the wrong case study, not matching the position I had applied for, which I only found out about two weeks later during the actual interview.
It only indicates a lack of professionalism and respect towards applicants.It's a very disappointing approach, especially from a company that aspires to be a global industry leader and has offices worldwide.
