First stage call with a HR person, they called 15 minutes late. second phone call with hiring manager, tech didn't work third another call with HR person, they called ten minutes late. Final in-person interview, scheduling issues.

1st round HR interview which was a waste of time spent preparing, just to be asked factual things about prior role details, past salary and right-to-work eligibility. Before 2nd round was an online maths test. Out of the scores of these I have done over the years, this was one of the worst out there, with one question that had incorrect English that obscured which particular number/answer was being asked for. They really should use a different provider and one that can give more robust results. Surely a financial firm should understand that 10 questions (with no partial working credit) and unclear wording is not a good sample size.
