2 person interviewed me. Question about when I provided excellent service. Why should they hire me? Tell me about yourself? What is your weakness? They definitely want someone who is outgoing and able to talk to people without being timid and someone who is able to cross sell their products and find solutions to help their clients improve their financial position.
