The process involved a recruiter interview followed by a hiring manager and then interview with HR Head, HRBP and a data analysis presentation to the Hiring manager. The recruiter spoke quite transactionally and was turned out to be quite unfriendly through the hiring process. The hiring manager interview was alright and seemed promising. The Head HR and HRBP also had a positive persona and seemed pleasant. The data shared for analysis had errors that the hiring manager mentioned after the presentation I made, which was quite putting off. Overall, the company shared suitability of my candidature, highlights of onboarding activities, and the urgency of starting to only turn around and send a rejection e-mail (not even a phone call) without stating any feedback. I was asked to travel to Bath from London for the in-person interview and am extremely disappointed by the lack of empathy towards the candidate's time and efforts.
