I received an email asking me to answer about 5 interview questions in writing first. Then they set up an interview with the Creative Director, followed by an interview with the same CD and the CEO. In the second interview I was asked to walk through my portfolio while sharing my screen on Google Meets. They were generally casual interviews, but they did still ask some slightly stressful interview questions.
