I applied online, the HR called me instantly(around 2 hours later), spoken about my experience in the market and the industry, arranged interview(phone call) with Director of local market; After that, I'd also interviewed with Senior Manager APAC and Global VP separately via WebEx, had great conversations that these are real experienced high-level professionals that know a lot of the product and market differences and willing to adapt to them. Asked for feedback so that I can see more clearly of myself, and got positive ones from HR; That's all what happened, no one had ever contacted me after that, not even an official email letter.
