Via Skype and phone calls. It was interesting interview but the line was not so clear. Hence decided to have a face to face interview. On the day of interview I was taken to the shop floor area and explained me the systems etc which I found to be very familiar and got use to it easily.

Entretien
Introduction, Resume based questions, communication protocols, batch control questions, experience on Rockwell PLC. Latest version of the software used. What kind of work I am doing in my current organisation.
1st round is a 30 min phone call with the hiring manager and another Sr. Engineer. 2nd around is on site. 30 minutes presentation about myself first. Then there are 4 sessions. Each session is a 30min one-on-one.

Applied, 2+ weeks for the first contact, 4 Weeks contact from the hiring manager, 30 more days before the interview. 3 weeks waiting for a response. Did not find out directly. Very poor experience. Was told was not preferred candidate.
