Entretien
- poor communication from HR specialist. Few no-shows, no excuses;
- coding skill system (they are using VM with remote access) did not work as expected, it took a while to get a working environment;
- all questions in the category "improve the code" were very vague. It was clear that the interviewer just waiting for a specific answer. Considering that the code was out of context and that clarifying questions were not welcomed it looked more like playing minesweeper without looking on the screen.
- a lot of questions in the category "requirements changed", where you have to adapt existing code for new requirements.
- the final round was a big red flag, mostly due to the way how everything was communicated.
While technical specialists were pleasant to speak with, it was clear that they are under constant pressure (which seems to be an industry standard).

Entretien
First interview with a recruiter was normal and simple. Followed by an online assessment, of two LC easy and a basic OO class design problem. The next interview was with a team member and where I had issues. The interviewer was the most uninterested, apathetic, and unwelcoming interviewer I've ever experienced. Pretty sure I could've ended my life on camera and he wouldn't have cared. He asked data structures and memory questions, not coding, ranging from easy to slightly hard-ish. Then another simple OO class extension design coding problem. I declined moving forward because if the interviewer is their best face to put forward then I doubt the culture is much better.

3. Coding concepts interview.
4. Live coding interview.
5. Behevioral interview.
Live coding interview was the most challenging for me. So, my advice is practice, practice and practice.

Typical .NET questions that you can find on the Internet.
Spoke with a recruiter who was pleasant. Then I talked to a couple hiring managers that were super rude. The hiring managers acted like they were doing me a favor by letting me talk to them, but they were really arrogant and dismissive for no reason. Did not hear back after that.
