I applied for couple temporary positions for entry level staff accountant in Nova. They gave me a video interview and asked me some questions about my resume. Basically they just asked me to describe more details about my experience and my professional skills. Nothing other than some general interview questions. At the end of the video interview they offered me a position immediately.

Smooth and friendly, straight forward questions. the interviewer did a screening call over the phone 10 minutes then scheduled 1 on 1 interview. after the first interview. I meeting her manager
