Poor Poor...Poor ....unprofessional unprofessional unprofessional. No follow-up (even when the candidate is the one calling and being proactive!). Very few actual questions pertaining to any real HR position...which led me to believe the recruiter didn't really know what she was doing or talking about. No questions relevant that would fully assist in getting to know the candidate or their qualifications!
