Smooth and very transparent about responsibilities and scoop. Manager was very mint and genuinely cared about my passions. Leadership was apparent throughout the entire process and was very excited to learn and grow with such market professionals.
Long but good conversations and engaging. You spoke with about 5 people from different teams. Felt a bit repetitive considering they asked the same questions. Asked about background, motivations, long term career, etc.
Multiple interview process, allows for shadowing on calls during process, fair representation of the day to day work, level set expectations. I met with VP level employees during interview process
